Pricing is per Facility per month, billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Picking a plan
A few simple rules:
- One site, small team, no compliance regulator looking over your shoulder → Starter.
- Two to ten sites, or a regulator asks for exports occasionally → Growth.
- More than ten sites, multiple regulators, SSO required by IT → Scale.
When to upgrade from Starter
The signals are usually:
- A second Facility appears (Starter is capped at one).
- The fifth Tech needs an account.
- A regulator asks for a compliance export.

When to upgrade from Growth to Scale
Common triggers:
- Adding the 11th Facility.
- IT mandates SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
- Compliance requires an immutable access audit log.
Annual vs. monthly billing
Annual billing is offered at a discount (typically 15 %) and is paid up-front via Stripe. Monthly billing is the default and is charged on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage.
What is not metered
- Photo uploads (subject to fair-use storage limits).
- Task completions, work orders, comments — unlimited at every tier.
- API calls inside the app — unmetered for normal use.
FAQ
Is there a free trial? Yes — every new account gets a 30-day free trial on the plan you select at signup. A card is required to start, but you won't be charged until day 30, and you can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
Can I pay by invoice? Yes on the Scale plan. Smaller plans pay by card via Stripe.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing? Yes — contact sales for a 30 % discount on Growth and Scale.
