Ops overview: managing multiple facilities at once

Updated May 18, 2026

The Ops view is built for the operator who is responsible for more than one facility — a regional manager with five hotels, a chain operator with 30 restaurants, a campus facilities lead. Instead of switching between facilities one at a time, Ops shows them all at once.

Opening Ops

Click Ops in the sidebar. The link only appears if you have access to two or more facilities.

The layout

Ops has three tabs:

Overview

A grid of facility cards. Each card shows:

  • Facility name and code.
  • Today's completion rate (green / amber / red traffic light).
  • Open work orders by priority (P1 count is highlighted in red).
  • A sparkline of the last 7 days' completion rate.

Sort the grid by name, by lowest completion rate, or by highest open-P1 count.

Cross-facility tasks

A flat list of every overdue or in-progress task across every facility, with a facility-name column. Useful for staffing decisions ("which facility do I send the floating tech to first?").

Cross-facility insights

Compares KPIs across facilities — completion rate, MTTR, reopen rate. A bar chart highlights outliers.

Filters

The filter bar applies across all tabs:

  • Region — if you have set up regions in Admin → Org structure.
  • Brand — for multi-brand operators.
  • Facility tags — free-form labels you can apply to any facility.

Standard work-order routing

From Ops you can create a work order that is routed to a specific facility, or to a vendor that serves multiple facilities. Use + New work order → Pick facility.

Permissions

Ops requires the Regional manager or Admin role. Single-facility techs do not see the link.

Exports

Every Ops table has an Export → CSV button. The export includes a facility_code column so you can pivot in Excel by site.
